「We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. The room was nicely decorated, comfy beds and great shower. The spa facilities are wonderful and extensive - 3 types of sauna, steam and aroma room as well as the thermal mineral pool, relaxation pool and the rooftop indoor to outdoor pool with jacuzzi jets - heaven!!
The breakfast is a cut above and we ate dinner one night which was expensive but absolutely delicious.
I would definitely recommend The Buxton Crescent for a luxury stay.」

「First of all booked a night away for valentines. Arrived to a rude male receptionist told us the spa was fully booked and could only use the next morning at 7am. We checked into the room which was so outdated. Radiator didn’t work so we was freezing, they did give us a portable heater. We then went down to the spa to have a look and asked if we could use it straight away said yes no problem. £15 each for evening use plus £10 each for robe and towel. Many other couples were turning up and booking...
