「The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it. There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come. Staff was very pleasant , especially the front desk. 」

「stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Way to over priced for what your receive in hotel standard and facilities. Poor customer service from staff. rooms not of high quality and uncomfortable bed. Over charged on check out where another guests charges where billed to my account. I would not stay here again. Much improvement required for this price point and I would really advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to definitely book else where.
