Das Zimmer ausgelegt für 4 Personen . 2 im Doppelbett und 2 auf der Schlafcouch .. kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden . Schlafzimmer und Toilette im Obergeschoss . Allerdings finde ich die Treppe als ziemlich steil. Für mich 45 Jahre alt war es ok aber für meine Mutter mit 71 und Knie Probleme eine Herausforderung. Fahrstuhl gibt es im Hotel nicht. Allerdings gut zentral das man drum rum Einkaufs Möglichkeiten wie Aldi Takko ect hat und viele Restaurants sowie auch Eisdielen.. das zugebuchte Frühstück für 17.50 Euro pro Person war auch gut. Es war für jeden was dabei ... das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bemühen sich in Deutsch zu kommunizieren und klappt das nicht ganz dann in Englisch.. alles gut verständlich. Im Zimmer selber sind uns ein paar Altersbedingte Spuren auf gefallen. Was mich persönlich jetzt nicht so gestört hat aber manch anderer darüber vielleicht anders denkt. Hellhörig war es allerdings auch.

Overall the experience was fantastic and because we arrived early they up graded us from a twin room to a room with a double and a single! The reciptionist was very lovely and helpful when we arrived and the decor down in the lobby was lovely.

Prima voor 1 nacht. Helaas klemde de douchedeur en kon je de wastafel niet vol laten lopen (bij nat scheren van de heren wel makkelijker). Ook helaas geen ontbijt in hotel zelf maar dat hebben we weer kunnen oplossen door bij barista café te gaan zitten.

Het was een heel erg fijn verblijf, we hadden een auto dus konden makkelijk in de omgeving dingen ondernemen. Er was genoeg te zien en te doen. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel en een mooie en ruime kamer!

Zeer net aangenaam hotel in centrum Lisse. Correcte prijs/kwaliteit. Enige minpunt is dat er overdag geen parking is, je kan wel opnstraat in buurt gratis parkeren maar als je je auto dichtbij wil, moet je die ´s avonds verplaatsen. Receptie niet bemand tussen 19 en 9h. Is wat onpersoonlijk. Voor de rest alles.top.

The room was perfect for a family with two kids. Very spacious with two floors. Due to Corona there was no breakfast served. No issue, but this was not communicated clearly.

Er was slecht schoon gemaakt. Onder de slaapbanken lagen chips nootjes en bierdoppen. Ontbijt werd wel goed in de gaten gehouden om bij te vullen en personeel was vriendelijk.

Check in time was very late. You have to manage a lot of stairs being on the 2nd floor. No lift makes it very difficult to manage luggage.

Unser Zimmer lag mit Blick zum Hof/Außenbereich der Hotels. Leider hatte das Personal am frühen Abend einen perfekten Einblick ins Zimmer, oder man hat komplett die Gardinen früh zugezogen, früh schon kein Tageslicht. Zimmer etwas alt aber absolut sauber. Frühstück typisches kontinentales Frühstück. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht zu bemängeln. Lage top. Fussläufig waren Restaurants und Supermarkt erreichbar. Zum Flughafen nur 20 Minuten Busfahren oder 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Im Gesamten empfehlenswert.

Small dark shower. No lift for luggage. Room was clean... but not the room was not as described. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Very little parking.

Hotels.com has a leak of translation from Dutch to English, we have seen this and have reported this. In Lisse you can park for free in all the streets. Kind regards.

Great place for a solo traveller.

Good location for flower parade and Keukonhof gardens which is 10 minutes walk. Rooms are basic. Apart from shower gel in the bath there was nothing else in the bath room. Bed sheets are changed only once in 4 days and you gave to make your own bed every day. Room cleaning had to be persuaded.
