This place was more like an Airbnb, a room (6 total) in an apartment on the 4th floor of an ordinary building in a middle class neighborhood away from the tourist bustle. We found some great food and stores nearby, right on the metro line.
The room itself is pretty basic. And if you book contact them ahead so you can be let in as there’s no reception or onsite staff. The park across the street is lovely but also kinda loud at night and there’s traffic going by at all hours. It was good fit for us for one night with a flight out in the morning. No aircon so summer would likely be brutal.
