Overall, it was OK. Not great, definitely not terrible, but OK. The hotel is under renovation and getting to the pool was a little bit tricky. We tried to go to the -1st floor is instructed and ended up walking through the middle of the renovation. I’m not quite sure why it wasn’t restricted but with a five year-old I would say it could be argued it was a bit dangerous. Also, the AC did not work in the room and the staff did change the filter and did what they could but at the end of the day it just didn’t work and they had nowhere else to put us. It was our last day in Portugal so we just sweated it out. Restaurants around the area were nice and overall the place I’m sure will be beautiful when it’s finished.

We chose this property for our last night in Lisbon to be closer to the airport. The hotel is being renovated, so some areas are under construction. The room was clean and updated, however they have a centralized building air conditioning system, so we could not control out room temperature. The room was quite warm, we were sweating. they sent a tech to try to see what the problem was, which helped maybe a degree or so, but not enough to make it cool. Otherwise the hotel restaurant provided excellent food, the staff was amazing, and restaurants around the area were also great. Hotel pool came in handy to help cool us down.

Property common facilities undergoing renovation at time of our visit. We were not informed. Booked because of the gym. No gym (closed for renovation). Lobby temporarily located on different floor and breakfast room in commuting meeting rooms. Does not correspond to pictures. Rooms have been renovated and are comfortable. The property is currently under a major renovation that will be amazing once complete. Rooms are completed so no issues there but all common areas are affected. Restaurant is relocated but food is good. Garage entrance and exit need some attention and had some issues leaving one time but once again staff helped resolve.

Staff and people were great and friendly. The down side was that the room was very hot. We let the staff know and they offered us a new room, but they explained that it would be the same because of the way the AC/heat system works so we didn't bother. The restaurant was also very busy. Food was ok.
