L’appartement était propre, mais malheureusement très vétuste, l’état des accessoires de cuisine sont à revoir et j’ai des doutes sur le fait que le réseau électrique soit aux normes ( clim et bouilloire ensemble, cela disjoncte...) Le personnel est charmant et serviable surtout Ana qui a été notre lien en français ainsi que la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli tard dans la nuit.

Cama muito desconfortável e apartemento a precisar de uma boa renovação. Armários cheios de tralha. A televisão não trabalhava e nunca resolveram o problema durante os 3 dias da estadia. Não havia lençóis para o sofá cama do meu filho, embora eu tivesse feito reserva para ele, e tiveram o descaramento de me dizer que só teria os lençóis no dia seguinte, pelo que tive de me chatear até irem comprar uns ao fim de 2 horas. Disseram que depois entravam com a sua chave para deixar os lençóis e acabaram por telefonar a dizer que não tinham como deixar os lençóis porque não tinham a chave. Uma autêntica trapalhada. À parte disso a localização é ótima.

Bien situado pero muy justito

Las fotos no concuerdan con el apartamento. Solo algunas son de alli pero hace mucho tiempo cuando estaba bien. En los armarios habia lamparas que no funcionaban, debajo de la carma maderas no se sabe para que. Habia muchas lamparas pero solo funcionaban dos. El baño mejor no mirar. Una ducha rapida y listo. Les dijimos que habia una fuga y nadie aparecio, ni contestaron. Lo recomendaria porque esta bien situado y el precio es aceptable visto lo que hay. El chico que nos dio las llaves llego tarde y se encontro que no estaban las sabanas de las camas. Se fue y dijo que volveria con sabanas, pero nosotros las encontramos y ya no tuvo que venir. Pero no hemos vuelto a ver a nadie. Eso si, el dia siguiente al volver nos encontramos con la apuerta cerrada pero sin dar la vuelta a la llave, vaya susto. Resulta que habian estado a hacer las camas (les dirian mal cuando entrabamos?) y muy amablemente nos habian dejado la ropa que nosotros habiamos dejado encima de la cama tirada por el suelo. Me queje via email, y la respuesta fue nada.

bonne situation, bien désservie

très bon accueil, situation intéressante avec un arret de bus à la porte.le métro le plus proche est Picoas La place Martin Moniz à 10 mn a pied (en descente) avec métro, électrico, bus et tram. Il vaut mieux songer a prendre un transport public pour rentrer car ça grimpe !un petit rafraischissement de la salle de bain et tout sera parfait

Convenient for the metro

Had to wait over 2 hours to get the keys to the apartment. No one was there to meet us. The main bathroom /toilet had a very bad smell of the drains, which spread throughout the whole place........ Crockery was very limited, no basic kitchen cleaning cloths or sponges available. Was not a welcoming arrival. The guy who eventually brought the keys also brought 2 rolls of toilet paper with him!!

Comfortable

The people who we arranged the apartment check-in and out were very helpful.Anytime we needed assistance, they replied relatively fast. The flat was clean, very good size for two people. We had some problem with gas in the building in the last 3 days, however this was not the fault of Goodtimehomes, moreover we got the last 2 nights refunded. Apart from this little fault everything was perfect and I would recommend this apartment if you don't want to spend on hotel and you don't mind cooking at home. Supermarket (a big one) is about 7 minutes walking distance away, we never used any public transport and the centre was about 20 minutes walk away.

Huoneisto sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla lähellä kaupungin keskustaa ja oli hyvän kokoinen kahdelle ihmiselle. Pitkä miinus siitä, että huoneisto ei ollut siivottu kunnolla pitkään aikaan. Suuria villakoiria ympäri huoneistoa, edellisen vieraan roskia lipaston alla, lattialla ei voinut kävellä avojaloin tai sukkasillaan sen likaisuuden takia, kahvinkeitin hirveässä kunnossa, puhumattakaan tiskialtaan alla olevasta kaapista, jääkaappi homeessa, patja kova ja parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, sohvan ja nojatuolin päälliset niin likaiset, että jouduimme laittamaan niille pyyheliinat, jotta niillä pystyi istumaan, kaapin ovet repsottivat jne. Huoneistossa ei ollut ilmastointia, joten varmasti helteellä valtavan kuuma. Vastaanotto kuitenkin mukava ja englannin taito hyvä.
