The staff were terrific, and the property was located conveniently near restaurants, shops and the beaches. That being said, the room was small with an insufficient number of electrical outlets. The bathroom was very small, and the shower was the size you might find in an RV!

The noise at night is very loud from the bar next to the hotel until early morning and they even provide earplugs (big warning sign!)! The employee at the reception was not very pleasant or helpful. Our room was nice but some towels didn’t seem fresh and the bed cover was dirty. We were very disappointed and I do not recommend!

All the receptionists were cheerful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We struck up several conversations with each of them. The hotel is situated in the heart of Cascais town within walking distance of everything from beach, dining, marina and shopping. A car is not needed unless you wish to go out of town. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we plan an always staying there as we love the whole atmosphere of the area.

Hotel was great and location perfect BUT you should be aware of the noise. You can hear anything and everything. The restaurants blast music till 2-3am. I wish more reviews noted this as we likely would not have stayed. I looked at google reviews and found out too late. Air conditioning is very average, don’t expect a cool night but that was easier to deal with than the street noise and music.

I was in the disabled room where I was unable to reach the plug point to charge my phone. This should be a wheel chair height. I had to ask for a kettle and there is no safe in the room. But apart from that the staff were so helpful and friendly and the position of the hotel was in the heart of all the restaurants which was great for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Cascais. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

Cascais is such a beatuful part of Portugal. We loved our stay here! The outdoor seating area in the main picutre is a little tired a does not have the green wall or furniture as in the picture, there is just one couch. The room was lovely with a little balcony and Erika on reception was very friendly.

Good location but not having air conditioning in summer is really bad, uncomfortable and not what we expected. We complained but never get the air working. Also, if you don’t want to be disturbed at night, don’t stay at this hotel, there is a bar/night place next door and you can hear the music at night!

Aside from the loud music until 2 am, this hotel is marvellous. Small historic property that has been renovated. The rooms are not overly roomy, but were fine, as mostly just there to sleep and freshen up.
