Amazing appartement in the heart of Chiado, one block from Pink street and TimeOut Lisbon. The unit was spacious, clean and with all needed amenities. I would recommend it for anybody visiting Lisbon. A lot of restaurants around, principal attractions and grocery stores not too far.

Hall Chiado was extremely clean, updated, comfortable beds, excellent location and responsive staff. The only downfall was the hostel above. They had people above my room that were making a lot of noise all week after 11pm, sometimes up to 1am. Although the rooms have great soundproofing for city sounds, that did not prevent the noise from the room above. Overall I highly recommend this property and I would stay there again, but hopefully not below the loud people.

The area was clean. We got there late so we had to check ourselves in but it was easy to do because they send you the codes soon before check in. The overall stay was comfy. The streets around noisy at night because of all the partying so you hear that from inside but you are so well located it’s worth it.

The location is good, close to the station and restaurants, and the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four with a bed for each person. However, we stayed for two nights, and although the room was cleaned very well, only a small amount of toilet paper was provided, which was not enough for us as we were planning to relax in the room over the New Year holidays. Also, after the New Year, when I took a shower late at night, only water came out.

The guest house was very centrally locoated and easy to both find and get access to. The check-in process is very fast and easy. Since we travelled as a family, we had two rooms and both were of very high standard. Everything was very excellent and we will for sure come back next time we're in Lisbon

Attention, deux types de logement. Le premier : chambre pour couple, donnant sur rue, conformes aux photos. Deuxième type, les chambres familles pour 5. Il n'y aucune visibilité sur l'extérieur mais sur un mur, il y a juste une fenêtre qui donne sur une micro cour, à 1 mètre il y a l'immeuble d'en face, on peut presque se doucher avec la voisine (vue sur leur salle de bain....) . On s'est senti très enfermé, comme dans une boîte... De sardines ! Je ne comprends pas qu'il n'y ait pas plus de message sur ce point et que le logement ait une aussi bonne note. J'ai l'habitude de réserver mais ce qui nous a induit en erreur c'est les photos du site avec l'enfant alors que c'est une chambre duo (je sais on peut partir en vacance avec seulement son enfant...), on pensait que c'était les chambres familles. La chambre pour les enfants est conforme aux photos (pas du tout de fenêtre dans celle là). L'emplacement est bien, un peu au-dessus vous avez la ligne 28 de tram, la plus sympa pour les visites, prévoyez tôt le matin sinon bondée. On avait une voiture, il y a un parking sécurisé à 20€ les 24heures. Une bonne écoute de la location qui a pris en compte notre mécontentement mais il ne pouvait rien faire, le soir même on avait une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée...sympa mais cela n'a pas suffit à nous faire oublier le manque de fenêtre et la vue sur un mur....
