Paradise in the city
It was our first time to Portugal and what a great way to start our trip! We were greeted with warmth, beautiful/chic design, and such a open and spacious, clean room. Very peaceful and relaxing spot. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Lovely Appartement in a great part of town. Only thing I would add are smoke detectors as it’s an old house with wooden floors and kitchens everywhere. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed a quiet neighbourhood that was 20 minute walking distance from central Lisbon square. The property’s uniqueness of old and new architecture was appreciated and allowed us to instantly relax and immerse us into the Portuguese culture. The morning breakfast provided was more than enough food for a family of 4. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and we will share this place with friends who visit Lisbon. Thank you for creating a memorable stay for us.

Service was amazing, room was perfect for a traveling family and location was just a few blocks back from Gracia so we didn’t get woken by the Festival noise. Highly recommend !!!!

Overall not what I was expecting. On a bright day, the garden is really pretty however we came in November and with some rain our apartment had a consistent smell of damp. Breakfast was just 4 pieces of bread and some cheese. If you needed more coffee they came at a cost of 2.80 for 4 capsules. Overall wished I stayed in a proper hotel

We would do all the best to try to improve your experience with us.We were never told about any smell in the apartment, even our staff, that cleaned your apartment every day, never reported any kind of bad smell.Our breakfast, included in the price, it’s not just a few pieces of bread and some cheese. We provide our apartments with fruit, cheese, ham, yoghurts, granola, butter, jam, honey and milk, and if any of these products are finished during the stay, the guest just ask for more at the reception and we gladly add more.Also, regular bread, sweet bread, pastry and fresh pressed orange juice are delivered every morning by the door.Our coffee is special. It’s a unique blend, made just for Dona Graça, and we offer all our guests more than one capsule of it per day. If finished, they can still enjoy that unique flavor, just asking for more at the reception. Each capsule costs 0.70, less than an expresso out in the street.We look forward to welcoming you back to your home in Lisbon, giving us the opportunity to make your stay with us a very pleasant one.Sincerely,Dona Graça

A great breathing space amidst the Lisbon bustle
We had a lovely time in our Dona Graca apartment. We picked it for the pool and garden as private outside space is a premium in Lisbon. The pool is shallow (0.8m) but good for paddling. The garden is nice with a good mix of shade and sun through the day. The apartment was lovely.

Everything about this day was perfect! We travelled with a nine month old baby and the hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful with everything! You can get local advice and recommendations. Great location, gorgeous apartment with tasteful interior. The hosts are very friendly and cannot do enough to help you. A wonderful restaurant attached which was delightful to sample and the breakfast delivery is a perfect final touch, especially the fresh orange juice 👌. Love Lisbon, love Dona Graça.

Charming Lisbon Apartments!
A charming and relaxing apartment in the heart of Lisbon! We spent 10 nights at Dona Graca apartments and loved every moment. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals in the evening. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a hill that looks out over the city and river and all the best sites and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and our room was so clean and well decorated it really did feel like home.

The people were friendly and informative. The location is a bit inconvenient but beautiful. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. Their breakfast served in our room was very pretty. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed/mattress. I had a hard time sleeping in it.

Great building, good feel spaces! Room was very clean and spacious! Large living room with great views over the town. Large comfy bed with dressing area and a bathroom with great shower! Lovely gardens to sit and relax with added bonus of a pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and was an excellent continental selection. Would definitely stay here again :)

Our unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The property was tastefully decorated and had a very calm, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our suite as it walked out to the pool and the beautiful yard. The staff was always friendly and it was a home away from home for us!

Excellent cleanliness, comfort, welcome, attention to detail, generosity from owners. Too many great aspects to list. We loved the short walk to ride the tram and enjoy the wonders of Lisbon and Alfama yet lovely to be removed enough from the tourist hustle.

This is a fantastic lodging. It is like being at home not just in a hotel room. Lots of natural light and fresh air with windows that open or A C. The hosts own the property and treat you like family. Great neighborhood, short walk to restaurants and the trolley.

We don’t normally book apartments but booked this one based on the reviews over a hotel. We read quite a lot of the reviews. We were glad we did. The reviews here are a true reflection. We would say this apartment is a cross between an apartment and a hotel. They offer the best of both. The owners have spent some money on the property inside and out. There are about eight apartments and they look after you while you are there. The breakfasts are great and reception will help you out (so impressed with their English). The downsides are it is a couple of streets further away from the centre. Not really a problem. It’s hilly, not really a problem. The one difficulty for me was the mattresses were fairly hard and take some time to get used to. Overall, very happy.

Very nice place
The hotel is by the top of the hill by Alfama. The area is old (Alfama is an old part of the city so it all looks old) but that adds to the charm in many ways. Lisbon is quite small and the taxis cheap so a taxi or uber can get you anywhere in around 15-20 mins cheaply. Our room was very new and modern though. The 'room' was actually made up of a few rooms so it felt like a small flat which was very nice as it felt quite large and modern. It was a very nice property, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our 'room' was on the top floor which was fine for us but may be an issue for older people because of the stairs (there is not a lift), but there are ground floor rooms for older people I suppose. The front desk was not 24 hours as it's not a large hotel but they arranged to be there after hours for us if we arrived late (so that was not an issue for us) and seemed to be there most the time. Wifi was quick. I would stay here again.

It was amazing! From the moment we came in, everything was wonderful - the place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, practical, good breakfast, good location. The people are fantastic! I will go back!

Minutes after booking I received an email from the hotel asking if I needed any help and offering me assistance for the trip. The hotel took care of a taxi from the airport to the hotel and added it to my bill. The hotel is fantastically located in a quieter area. Lots of space in reception and lots of space in the room. The staff were fantastic and I could not rate the experience we had highly enough. Every time we saw anybody they were eager to please and genuinely wanted to make our experience a positive one. Upon checking in at reception one person checked us in and the other explained Lisbon and what to see and do whilst the documentation was prepared. Swift and efficient its lovely to see people who enjoy dealing with people fulfilling such a role.

Great choice in quiet neighbourhood
We arrived after usual. Check in time but this was not a problem. We had let the Hotel arranceca transfer from the airport and the driver called on the way Rooms were beautifully arranged. We had welcome wine and Portuguese cheese and a very helpful explanation of the local area from one of the owners. Very comfortable beds Good rainfall shower Garden area was lovely but weather was cold

We had an amazing stay at Dona Graca. The apartment was beautifully designed and breakfast was delicious. The owners welcomed us and shared stories of their wonderful city and their lives. Our trip to Lisbon would not have been the same without Dona Graca. I am looking forward to the next time we can visit.
