「Unfortunately, the shuttle was not available when we needed to leave for our flight (needed to leave by 5:30am). I encourage the property to consider the outgoing flights and offer an earlier shuttle as there were many people leaving prior to shuttle availability. 」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「Clean, tidy and good staff but the facilities in the room are not up to the standard, for example, no cups or glass, no large rubbish bin at the room, just a small bin at the toilet. You have to ask the staff to get a kettle and the hair dryer is not good to use.」
