The hotel is a bit tired and needs some upkeep. The lighting in the halls is very dim, and there is a smell of air freshener or carpet cleaner lingering in the air. The hotel is located at a busy traffic circle, with the nicer area of town about 600 meters away, along a poorly lit street. No restaurants in the immediate area, other than in the main part of town.

Not enough cleanliness. There were blood stains on the sheets. The refrigerator in the room was not working. And it smells bad. For the price of 120 euros for one night. This hotel is terrible.

Could be better

On my all visits I’ve been always staying in this hotel, but this was certainly my last. Restaurant wasn’t available to eat in, so I was advised to use an App to order my food to the room as takeaway. Room was clean, but very dated, carpet smelled and no kettle available either. For 4 star property you expect certain standards. However, the staff was very helpful and polite as always. It’s a shame to see this great place to go down hill.

Typical Slovakian regional hotel

Reception was good and put me in a quiet room at back, there is a main road at front. View in morning was of river and hills in distance. Room was OK, but the bed was hard. They have taken the internal door off during renovation, so expect some corridor noise. The furniture isn't great, for instance IKEA lamp with label still on it. Breakfast was OK, didn't have any hot food as looked like it had been sitting there for two hours.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok. Cancellation policy is non existing. They just ignored the request to cancel one of the two nights because my plans had changed and had to book a hotel in another city 200 miles away

Cosy hotel with wellness, bar and restaurant

The listing had misinforming pictures (turned out there is no bathtub in any double rooms) which causes some disappointment on my arrival, but is not a showstopper. Restaurant staff had issues with English, once I’ve got a beer instead of the bill :) The food was delicious and properly served. The room was clean, spatious, had a good view. The lobby bar was also nice, there were no language barriers. Housekeeping was also friendly. Location is good both for business and for ski stays. Considering all factors I can recommend the hotel.

Excellent séjour au janosik. Hotel propre calme et confortable tout proche du centre ville. Manque de choix sucrés dans le petit déjeuner. Accueil sympathique.

Отель построенный в 60-е годы. Мне показался неуютным, номер просторный, но очень сильно слышно вытяжку в туалете и ванне. Свет в коридоре, где шкаф, то работал, то нет. Завтрак каждый день один и тот же, для 4 звезд довольно скудный. Неплохая спа-зона, там несколько саун, небольшой, бассейн и джакузи, стоимость 6 евро 2 часа. При выезде чуть не оплатила второй раз стоимость проживания, так как работник ресепшена не увидела, что у меня оплачена стоимость проживания через hotels. com. Пришлось потратить время на доказательства оплаты. В других отелях, которые ранее были забронированы и оплачены через данное приложение, таких проблем не было.

W porządku, ale na pewno nie 4*

Pokój taki sobie - dwa złączone łóżka. Wygodne, ale z dziurą pomiędzy. Pokój przyzwoity, duża łazienka, codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania przyzwoite, ale bez szału. Fajne spa, chociaż wejście lekko odstrasza (+ płatne 6e/os). Obsługa miła. Wrażenia pozytywne, chociaż przy kwocie około 350 zł /noc oczekiwałabym więcej.

Nízké Tatry, Tatralandia,

Tento hotel byl pro mě velmi příjemným překvapením. Exteriér hotelu navozuje pocit staršího hotelu. Vše se změní vstupem do budovy. Personál recepce pracuje profesionálně a velmi sympaticky. Check in proběhl vemli rychle. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný a byl velmi vkusně a moderně vybaven. Na pokoji jsou použité kvalitní materiály. Vybavení pokoje opravdu odpovídá kategorii ****. V hotelu je SPA a bazén. To je za poplatek, mírný. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Jídlo čerstvé a chutné. Jsem rád, že jsem mohl hotel navštívit. Celkově hotel hodnotím lepší velmi dobrý. Bude-li možnost opět se ubytuji.

Das Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet sind gut. Für Gäste, die ein ruhiges Zimmer suchen, sind die Zimmer gegen die Durchgangsstrasse hin allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist gut, aber für slowakische Verhältnisse überteuert.

Die Dame an der Rezeption wollte mir erklären, dass ich 80 Euro mehr zu zahlen habe, als ich bei Expedia gebucht habe! Nach meinem Telefonat mit einem netten Expedia Mitarbeiter wurde das Problem rasch geklärt. Hätte ich allerdings nicht nachgefragt, hätte ich einfach so um 80 Euro mehr bezahlt...
