「Wonderful stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Location turned out to be perfect, as we were able to utilize the shuttle. They shuttle drivers were all terrific, with Richard and Jim standing out with all the helpful information and never a hesitation to go above and beyond.」

「The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.」

On one of those days, I was woken up a little after 8:00 a.m. by the noise of power tools.
