「The property is absolutely beautiful on the inside. However be prepared to hire a luggage porter (they work 24 hours a day) to bring your luggage up and down because the nearest place a car can drop you off and pick you up is 150 staircase steps plus some uphill walking away. There are 90 staircase steps to the nearest street which only mopeds can drive on and then another 62 staircase steps to the front door. It was a trek we only did once or twice per day max. 「This is a really lovely hotel on the outskirts of Positano which combines modern facilities with traditional charm in perfect balance. The staff are brilliant, there's a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served, all situated in a vibrant area just outside the main town, so it's quiet at night too. 「酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。」

「We'd like to thank the staff of La Conchiglia for a wonderful stay. We'd especially like to call out Salem for staying late for us on our check in day due to flight delays that made us arrive much later than our original expected arrival time. Salem was very patient with us and we really appreciated the above and beyond service he provided. The breakfast each morning was also very good and is one thing that we are already missing now that we're home. Thank you La Conchiglia!」
