This was a very classy an beautiful hotel. My room was super nice. I'm from the United states an i loved my stay here. Its a little pricey but well worth it.

There’s not enough parking, only four slots for the hotel and their furniture storage. Their front desk staff needs to be more accommodating and helpful.

Very Comfy and Clean Hotel
Affordable and easy access to anywhere in Lipa City. Very Clean and comfortable. Excellent FREE hot breakfast. We will highly recommend it to our friends and everybody. We will come back soon.

Very Nice Hôtel in Lipa City
I did not expect much when I drove up to it. The neighborhood was not great but once inside, this hotel is a winner. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice rooftop restaurant & bar and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good for what I needed it for. Their breakfast plates were yummy (we didn't do the buffet option though). My only dislike about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink and shower handles, as well as the shower heads, were grimy.

The rooms were immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet despite its location. They mentioned a pool in their add, however it was in another sister hotel….perhaps they should mention that upon reservation…. Otherwise I will highly recommend this hotel.

As a frequent traveler, I felt compelled to give an honest review of this hotel. Pros: - The staff was very knowledgeable with pleasing personalities to include guest services, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. They were very attentive and resolved a minor issue I had without incident. - The rooms are very clean to include the linen and furniture. In addition, the air conditioning system works extremely well. The furniture was up to date and had a luxurious feel. -The hotel was not noisy and plenty of places to eat nearby and stores to accommodate you in the event you forgot something at home Cons: - The outside and areas after the lobby entrance leading to the elevator hotel is not pleasing on the eyes. It this is because the hotel has shared space with vendors such as furniture and appliance stores -Only one elevator works and the smell is very horrible. It has a very musty odor, that is unacceptable. -The water pressure in the shower was less than satisfactory, the shower heads appear to be dated. - There is no cable in this hotel, so hopefully you have a streaming service to keep you entertained. - The hotel charges for stained towels and although it’s stated in the rules of the hotel that there would be a charge, the price to replace the towels were well overpriced even with the discount offered at the hotel. - I needed to speak with the manager and instead I was directed that they were attending a seminar. Best Hotel in Lipa
I always stay in this hotel whenever I have a business trip in Batangas. Clean hotel including the rooms. Delicious food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!

Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Difficult to get out of the hotel without transport. No spare supplies of toilet paper, have to be requested.

This Hotel is amazing and staff was superb. Our room was ready right af check in and parking was easy. It's also close to places we needed to go to so that was a plus. Will definitely stay here again

Issues: Parking is very tight. I suggest you need to find an empty lot for your guests and use a shuttle to bring your guest to the hotel. 2. We ate at the restaurant but if it was not raining we would prefer to eat somewhere else. I don’t know if the lady who sat us down was a server or hostess. She seem to be not happy with her job. She’s not fit to be in the hospitality business because she not smile nor greet us. Like a deaf person. Very unwelcoming. Not the right staff for Solano’s restaurant. She needs more training in customer service. 3. Food was not up to par for a classy expensive hotel. It was serve cold and we did not complain because we were so hungry so we kept quiet. No server did any follow up if we were ok. The restaurant was empty and quiet but no one approached us. 4. If this is barely a new hotel why is the paint in the restaurant and our room was chipping!!! Perhaps your engineering and housekeeping needs to coordinate and walk through the WHOLE hotel to keep up with the pricey image of Solano! 4. The shower heads and the shower itself was dirty with watermarks. The hot shower was broken!!! I’m not happy about this matter. We were sent to another room to take a shower. Very inconvenient!!! In a nut shell I had a LOT of huge expectations from Solano being a very pricey hotel in Lipa City. I was so excited to stay there and was supposed to stay for 3 nights. However we decided to check out because we were not satisfied.

Great hidden gem in Lipa. Very clean, comfortable and above standard accommodations with full service restaurant and bar. We were pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended!

This was my home for 8 days! Staff are very professional and very friendly, as soon as I arrived they handed me a drink (juice) which is so nice! The place is well kept, the restaurant has a good ambiance, the staff are helpful, they tend to my littlest need. This place is in the main drag close to both malls. All in all, I for sure will be coming back the next time around. Thank you for making my stay as delightful as possible.

Kanon fint hotell med stora och fina rum. Fina och fräscha toaletter. Rent och snyggt. Vi var här i April 2023 också och mysig restaurang på våning 3 men maten var inte bra så inget jag rekommenderar.Ett annat + att det ligger väldigt nära SM LIPA
