Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, hyvät yhteydet eri puolille kaupunkia. Erityisen ystävällinen palvelu, yllättävän vähän asiakkaita. Monipuolinen aamiainen kuului hintaan,
4 stjerner? 3 er vel absolutt topp for dette hotellet. Hyggelig personale men det er alt. Skittent håndkle på badet når vi kom.Heller ikke helt rent rom/bad. Rom stort, men ikke hyggelig. Veldig mye støy(musikk) lørdag natt. Ellers stille nok. Frokost 3*. Beliggenheten er grei. Service veldig bra.

Gerne wieder.
It was a very nice, comfortable hotel with large rooms & a friendly staff. Very easy to find & simple to get around on foot to major parts of the city. Fairly priced & very clean.
This place just doesn't work. Our room was an absolute barn, half filled with office furniture (including empty bookcases for that slightly abandoned look!) and a 'statement' orange colour scheme which made us feel as though we were sleeping in the corner office of a tourist agency. In receivership.
On arrival the hotel frontage was dominated by an abandoned cafe which made the place look like it had been looted. The lobby was tiny, though pleasantly and helpfully staffed.
The garage was a long walk - necessary because the linking walkway was being refurbished.
The room was advertised on Hotels.com as having a kitchenette. In fact it had a two ring electric hob and sink in a cupboard, without cutlery or crockery and not so much as a kettle. In fairness the hotel's own website - a masterpiece of creativity - does not mention kitchenettes and I suspect that was, like the interior design, a failed experiment abandoned part way through lack of funds.
The Landgraf has the feel of a hotel that had tried to do something special and clever but has lacked both the imagination and finances to pull it off.
The tired decor and furnishings, dismal frontage and failed kitchenette all betray a hotel that seems to be going nowhere fast.
Breakfast was good though limited, again improved hugely by very helpful, friendly and attentive staff.
I would happily go to any hotel the staff choose to move to but I wouldn't return to the Landgraf.
Staff were very helpful. This hotel is an old hotel which has recently been taken over. The new owners are in the process of refurbishing the hotel. Unfortunately the shower cubicals in both of the rooms we used (following a request to be moved) were yet to be renewed. I would describe this hotel as 'quirky' and interesting. It is probably better to pay for a more expensive room than the basic. The first room we used for one night had the bed against the wall on one side, the bed creaked badly although it was new. The second room was spacious and quite ok (except for the shower).
Vielen Dank.
Our room was very spacious and open. Room was fairly modern but bathroom slightly dated. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good value for the room rate. Would recommend this hotel.
Grande chambre qui donne sur la rue. Mal climatisée. Très bruyante avec les fenêtres ouvertes.

Super Service
Just came back from Linz, I spent 5 nice night at this hotel, very clean, very convenient location, but the most beautiful thing was the Hotel staff, very polite, everywhere, the reception with their great smile all the time, they changed my room right away when i asked for a street view, the kitchen with a nice breakfast and they come to you many times to ask if you need anything else, the cleaning staff cleaned my room while i was on the phone without bothering me, in 5 minutes my room was shining. thank you so much Landgraf hotel, very rare to find a place with all nice polite staff.

Dissapointment
In my opinion the hotel didn't match the rate. The breakfast was very poor, the king-size bed was not as we usually have in other hotel. The duvet didn't match its cover and some other little things.
