"Last minute reservation on Hotels.com, check in was easy, we asked for a late check out. For a minimal fee we could check out at 3pm, which was perfect for our plans. It had a pool and hot tub that looked clean but we didn't go in. We did have the complimentary continental breakfast which was average, cold milk and cereal, Danish muffins, fresh fruits, apples bananas, hot waffles to put in toaster, bread and bagels to toast with butter, jelly and creme cheese. Hot coffee, juices. The front desk receptionist when we checked out waa super helpful and professional and friendly. We will return to this hotel again for the price and convenience. Thank You."

"Hotel property was clean and neat. Staff we interacted with were ALL nice and friendly. Room we had was spacious, bed was comfortable. Location is excellent, close to everything… Only complaint is the pool was COLD. Also not a fan of children playing in jacuzzis, here or elsewhere. Great stay overall…."

"What can I say. The room was clean. There were very few places to charge a phone and the WiFi was spotty in the room. The coffee was decent. I am aware they had a free continental breakfast. The major downside is that the property is not well maintained, and the rooms are small. It was OK for the price."

"Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean and the breakfast was actually really good with a decent variety each morning. Some areas of the property do feel a little outdated and could use some updating. The biggest issue we had was that my son had a bad reaction after using the body wash provided in the room, he became very itchy and developed a rash. When I went to the front desk, Cesar initially laughed it off and mentioned that hundreds of guests use it without complaints, which honestly felt dismissive at the moment. He did try to sell me Benadryl for the itching, but after seeing I was upset, he ended up giving it to me for free, which I appreciated. Besides that experience, the stay itself was decent"

"Was expecting a nice stay at this hotel. Air conditioning kept room nice and cool, however it sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on. There was an unhealthy smell from the a/c unit. Maybe it needed cleaning or a new filter. The sheets had pills. The tiny little knots you can get in older fabrics. Mattress was very uncomfortable. All of these things may have just been applicable to our room. The overall hotel look and staff were wonderful."
