「Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. Only stay if you like lots of noise. Construction ongoing next door. Had I known i would have stayed somewhere else. Close to...

「Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. 」

「This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. 」
