"We did not realize that there is no staff on the premises. Could not open windows to have fresh air in the room and air conditioner is 3 feet from the bed and made a rattle noise which made it difficult to sleep."

Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy."
