"A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done.
Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery.
Supermarket and bakery within a minutes walk."

"Leider war das Personal beim Check-In am Tag unserer Ankunft sehr unfreundlich. Wir sollten einen Betrag zahlen ohne das sie uns sagen konnte, ob dies nur die Parkgebühren sind oder auch die City Tax beinhaltet. Bei Anfrage einer Quittung wurden wir auf den Check out Tag vertröstet.
Das Restaurant ist teilweise gar nicht besetzt. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das Check-in von Gästen Vorrang hat. Andere Gäste bestellen daher teilweise von draußen oder verspeisten ihre Mitbringsel im Hotel...
