"If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, this might not be the place for you, but if you want a nice ocean side cottage, this is the place for you. The staff was amazing and there was shuffle board and horseshoes on the property as well as a campfire you could light every night. The location was convenient but not really very walkable to any place. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed to rustle up a small meal. We would definitely stay again."

"The woman at the front desk was such a ray of light, both in the afternoon and in the morning. She was smiling and genuinely pleasant and helpful. The property is well maintained and it looked like they really took pride is keeping it up. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and temp as they should be. Breakfast was really nice, especially for being listed as continental. There were muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juices, and a waffle iron. We’d stay again if ever in the area."

"Our family of four spent two nights in early June at the Mount Battie Inn and found it to be charming, situated in a quiet, ideal location, and a great value for the price. We would stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone traveling to Camden or elsewhere in the area. The friendly inn keepers are happy to suggest restaurants and other places to go. We found them super helpful! And definitely make time to visit the hotel’s namesake tower — seeing the view of the harbor was one of our favorite parts of the whole trip!"
