DIY vacation destination

A lot to enjoy here! Spacious, clean, with both indoor and outdoor pool (though be aware, not heated and VERY cold). But the mattress was easily the worst I've experienced at a hotel in years. Overall, very happy with service, this was what I expected it to be, lovely spot in the White Mountains. But a handful of extras could turn this into an incredible location instead of merely a fine one.

The staff at the Nordic Inn was very friendly, but there were so many parts of our experience that were absolutely awful, we will never return there. The moment we walked into our condo unit, it smelled like smoke (a no smoking sign was hanging on the door and we even signed a document stating that we won’t smoke in the unit; we are non-smokers.) We tried opening windows and spraying air freshener, and nothing helped the awful smell. We shared this with the staff but all they offered was a candle. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the entire place needed updating. The best part of the resort itself was the game room. Overall a really disappointing experience.

Difficult check in, otherwise great stay.

No directions were provided for check in. Person at the property front desk said they had nothing to do with VRBO. Customer support at VRBO had me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up. When I called back, we finally spoke to someone who called the front desk and then stated we were all set to check in. The inn was never told that Expedia was bought out and didn’t realize the units were now VRBO listings as well. It was fine in the end but the stress caused by lack of details in the listing caused a huge amount of stress as my family of 6 sat in the car for over an hour. The stay was otherwise great. The upstairs AC unit could have been colder.

We loved this condo. We were very comfortable. The owners didn't forget any detail for our comfort. We can't wait to come back in the future. Highly recommend for big families. Great fun area with many things to do. I cooked two big meals and it was so much fun. On a funny note, we had to call management because our 2 1/2 yo grand daughter flushed her glasses in the "potty". They came right up and checked it out. We thought they were "all gone", until our 4 yo grand daughter found them in another room!! I told management that we found them, and thanked them again for trying to help.

It is a condo rental and it is not a resort. There is no service. All amenities are very old and lot of instructions to comply before check out. You can find better places at the same price in the neighborhood.

Just what we needed after wedding planning and summer of hard work. It's in downtown Lincoln in walking distance of stores and restaurants, and easy drive to the most-spectacular scenery in the country. Rates are reasonable, unit well-equipped.

The property itself was excellent. Offered a lot to do with a huge exercise room, a great game room complete with a hard to find PINBALL machine in it! Made my stay! An outside pool and hot tub as well as an inside one of both. Very well maintained. The condo itself was nice, rustic and comfortable for the most part. The only draw backs were the pillows were horrible. We didn't bring our own as usual because other reviews stated that in particular the pillows were very plush. not thinking of course that these are all self owned condos. My wife is a smoker, now I know it's not the 1980's anymore but too not be able to smoke outside on the deck was not cool at all. I know they have their reasons but I wish I had known that before we booked. Overall though it was a nice stay at an excellent facility.

The Nordic Inn was an amazing place. We rented the two bedroom with an upstairs loft. Stayed here for the first time, Thanksgiving Weekend. Only negative was the quality of the TV’s. Poor reception, old, and to small for the size of the Condo. Would stay again.

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed here for three nights and it was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by all the movies they had and board games. They really thought about their guests. We didn't have time to explore the hotel as much as we would have but from what we saw the pool was nice and the game room had a great variety of games. If it didn't close early though we would've been able to utilize it. You have to take out your own trash and recycling but they supply you with trash bags so it's not so bad. Will definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend to anyone staying more than a day or with children as there are lots to do in the condo.

Homey and clean

Feels like home. Cozy and cordial and clean and quiet. The indoor pool was perfect. The only drawback for us was the trek to throw out our garbage. There should be a better, less inconvenient mechanism. If you want fancy and bright and loud then Nordic Inn is not for you. Worked for us just fine.

Plenty of Space

I liked this place. It was convenient and very clean. The only annoyances were having to do a trash run because the cleaners don't take your trash and recycling to the dumpster AND there is a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. That is SOLD FOR $1 in the lobby. You would think that $350 a night would get you trash service and a cup of coffee.

All around excellent place to stay.

The person at the reservation desk was very friendly and helpful. The condo was great, plenty of room for 8 people. The sleeping arrangement was especially good. There is a lot of things to do up at Lincoln, NH especially if you have kids arranging 6 and up. The condo location was great. We would definitely consider staying at Nordic Inn again.

Great 3 day family stay

Great 3 day stay. This is a great place if you are traveling as a family since our room had a full kitchen, and the hotel had 2 pools, game room, fitness area, and laundry in basement. One minute drive to all Lincoln shops/restaurants and short drive to mountain attractions. Jeff at the front desk was without a doubt the friendliest, most accommodating person we encountered on the trip. He went out of his way to explain everything in full detail and provide helpful hints since we were traveling with an infant. We will go back!
