Certainly wasn't the picture I was shown of two double beds. Could only open the door half way to fit the twin in and not what I ordered. They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out the TV and the son cam over pretty quickly. IF I were more adept, she was willing to do it over the phone. The front door was pouring cold air in so I feel sorry for there heating bill. Other than that, everything was clean, soft fluffy towels, water pressure, hot water and I kept looking at this picture on then wall of fall..I'm sure it was cheap but it was beautiful

Hello Jeri, Thank you for the positive comments on how extremely clean your unit was and how it was equipped with everything you needed for your stay. If you had a question about what you booked, please ask us next time to show you proof that you are in thr correct room. I looked at your original reservation, and you were given the exact unit you booked, a room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed on the riverside with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We do not have a room with 2 full beds. We have a unit with 2 queen beds and fully equipped kitchenette, but it costs more. We are sorry if the bed wasn't moved far enough up for the door to open freely, and that some noise was heard from your neighbors. If you conta trd us about the issue, we could have spoken to the guests. All three owners live on the property, so service doesn't end at 7pm, and we don't appreciate the misinformation you are giving people. All you have to do is call the office phone number you were given and we can be reached. I'm glad you appreciated the speedy service you received when you needed help with your TV. We always strive to deliver excellent customer service! Lastly, I don't know why you feel the need to say that our pictures are cheap. I personally do the photography for many pieces in the rooms, and did them all for the room you were in. I get them professionally framed or my images turned in canvas pieces. I believe the one you are talking about is the photo taken from Artist Bluff. I did that hike with my family and proudly display local pieces in the rooms so the customer is reminded of the beauty of the area they are vacationing in. This particular photo is so popular that some customers have purchased copies of it. I hope you can reflect on the positives and try us again in the future.

The motel is affordable, convenient, and extremely clean. However we were in rm #2 and had a horrible night’s sleep due to the fact that we were directly over the hot water heater that services the entire motel. Needless to say we were all settled in and didn’t realize it would run loudly most of the night and morning. We stayed a weekday during the winter and while we could hear other guests they seemed to be mostly quiet and respectful. Traffic was at a minimum.

We have never had a guest complain about boiler noise before, but had you mentioned it to us, we could have tried to switch your room so that it wouldn't effect you. This place is perfect for an inexpensive, cute, clean, ideal location spot. The pool/hot tub privileges at the Resort 2 miles away were really amazing and gave us the best of both worlds. The woman handling the desk was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. We will be back!!

We spent one quick night here. The location was great for our plans to get groceries and drive the Kanc highway. Check in was very friendly and personal. Would probably stay there again under similar circumstances. Walls are VERY thin in the motel section. We could hear the guests on either side unless we had the AC unit running. So we ran it all night to have white noise instead of voices. The bedding was old but clean and the bed itself was poor. The room was clean, bathtub very clean. It was clean and adequate for one quick night.

Thank you for highlighting how clean the unit was, our location, and how friendly our family was. I'm sorry about the noise from other units. We could have spoken to them if it was an issue for you. The bed is a year old, but we do tend to buy on the firmer side so that might not be your style (it's hard to please everyone's mattress taste). The sheets are outsourced every week and look brand new when we put them on, and the spreads are only a couple years old. We hope to see you again soon!

We are off the main street whereas most hotels/motels are right on the main road so that would have given less noise overall. If you come back soon, motel 9 and 10 are our end units furthest from the road.

We had a studio cabin and loved that it was right on the river (almost in the river:). Loved being able to sit and look at the water and the ducks going by. Nice to have the kitchen area for fixing simple meal or two.

This place felt like a homey one bedroom house with a cute front porch to sit on and enjoy the beauty around it. The lady that runs it was super sweet too. We loved it there. Wish we could have stayed a few days.

Loved the stay!
If you’re into the older hotels, with a little history, this is the place! It’s super cute!! The staff is super friendly!! The beds are a little more firm than I like, but that’s the only reason for a less than perfect review!

This property has a great location. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The sound is excellent compared to other locations. The kitchenette is great for saving money instead of eating out every meal. As someone who lives in a tiny house, I found this property to be spacious and comfterble.

Place is really nice, beautiful location. Ask for the cabins near the river- they look amazing!! Only problem we had was that the sound isolation is not that good, so we heard the rain all night long.

This is a sweet little motel right next to the Kancamagus. The room was clean, the bathroom was like new. The pool was heated and clean. Service was friendly and helpful.

Overall a wonderful rental. I will be staying again. Only issues were minor (no kettle, kitchen sponge or paper towels). The main bedroom could use better blinds/curtains for those trying not to wake with the sun. It was great having access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer. A great location.

We don't normally provide sponges, but always provide dish cloths and dish towels for washing dishes. No units currently have a kettle in them, but we will look into adding one for this unit. We will also look into upgrading the curtains in the bedroom as well. Thank you for your suggestions and we look forward to your next stay with us!

We stayed a night on our way to Santa's Village and check in was quick and easy. The rooms and property were very clean. We did not use the heated pool but it was crystal clear. The location is walking distance from Clark's Trading Post.
