On the good side of standard. Poor understanding of English on Reception and no orientation, advice or information given. Rear area of river, seating and fire pit is beautiful and all needs can be met in Lincoln just 3 mins drive away. Great to have use of a pool.

Good proximity to the I93, and Irving gas station. A small, but pretty river flows along the back. Pretty clean. Typical old motel (pink toilet & tub! Retro!) with some effort made for upgrades (e.g. laminate flooring). Parking directly in front of your room. Good AC. Modern flat screen with Netflix, Disney, etc. But limited live TV and couldn’t watch the MLB game. Small fridge with a little freezer compartment kept our road trip drinks cold and our ice pack just fit. Small table and 2 chairs. Microwave is communal and outside. Could use different/additional window coverings. Only has blackout curtains (which are great for sleeping) so if you open them because you want daylight in the room, all passers-by - and our room had many - can see right in (when you’re changing your clothes for example). There was no cold water in the shower so the scalding hot water meant no shower the first morning. But two thumbs up, it was fixed by the time we got back later in the day. The sink plug plunger rod didn’t get fixed though. So still had to pry the plug out manually. Didn’t see any restaurants within easy walking distance (the one down the road is shuttered but there was some construction work going on, so maybe eventually?) but found decent options within a 5-15 minute drive. Quick drive to the Flume Gorge and The Basin - which is why we picked it. I’d consider staying again, but with other cute spots in the area I’d probably try another place.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was well maintained and clean, especially considering the price. The location is in ideal for hikers, with many White Mountain trailheads within 15-20 minute drive.

Past it’s expiration date
Simply put, this motel is past its expiration date. Pink bathtub and toilet. Band aid type repairs. Maybe ok for one night if you’re looking for a spartan place to sleep.

The tv buffered all night and in AM. Could not even watch! Worthless Bed made a weird noise from the springs that had a metallic “clunking “ sound Ice machine was almost empty and located outdoors

Quaint property with beautiful surroundings next to a large creek/small river. We liked everything except no microwave in the room. We had to walk past a few rooms to reach a shared microwave that was inserted into the side of a building. It worked, but was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean. The bed frame was metal an every time either my husband or i moved it made a metal squeaking noise. The room next to ours had the same problem. We didnt get a lot of sleep. Other than that thr people were great.

Basic room but very clean and comfortable. An in room microwave would be nice but they do offer a shared use micrwave. Early check in was not an issue and 11:00 check out is great. Attentive staff. For the price, I would stay there again.

Got to the hotel at 9 nobody home called no answer tried to call beforehand no answer. Called hotels was a waste of time zero help had to sleep in the truck with a heart condition. Never again your company sucks

This is incorrect, our receptionist made a phone call and left a voice message to let you know about the night time check-in per protocol, she also waited until 9:45pm to check you in because she did not hear back from you. I did not receive any calls last night on our Motel phone line. Our policy is to make sure our guests are checked-in even at late night time. I am sorry you had to go through this but this is inaccurate.

Nicely updated and clean
Our room was nicely updated. Liked the modern ceiling fan so didn’t have to use the AC. Bed was comfortable. Unit was very clean. Liked the shower head, but faucet is not pressure-balanced so did have some sudden bursts of cold water while using the shower.

They family that own this are awesome. allways asking if we need anything. we were there year and 1/2 ago when they first purchased. they are really putting money into it with upgrades. nice flooring new beds . definitely will be back

My. Coolidge is a great place the room was bigger than most hotels the scenery was beautiful. We will be booking again next year.

Lovely stay!
My husband and I had a delightful stay at the Mount Coolidge Motel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the beds were the best we have EVER slept on in a motel! The property is right next to a beautiful rushing stream. The owners are rightfully proud of the property they so lovingly care for.

I booked a River view room , but was given the room by the road with windows you couldn’t even open or see out of in the back. Bathroom window was painted shut, and there’s no fan in there. Sheets are clean. Room is outdated and no place to plug your phones into .. one empty plug on a wall … not near a table. It seems like a nice place, till you actually get here…. but… there are lots of other accommodations nearby for our next visit to the area … and the check in was awkward… my advice is to stay elsewhere.

Hello, Your reservation was booked via third party and it was a double bed standard room hence there was no river view. There is a great mini split unit in the room which has built in fan, AC, heat and dehumidifier.

owner very nice. But put us in old section after he explained some units updated. Found digital tv service confusing. Never serviced our room during four day stay. We stayed here many years , but so disappointing we will not be coming back.
