We got to the property to check in, and no one was at the front desk. So we rang the bell and waited, and waited and waited. We rang the bell again, and nothing. I could hear a tv on in a back room, but I called the front desk phone and no one showed up. I called corporate to see what to do (and they were no help at all) because after 30 almost 40 minutes of seeing no one at all, I was worried something bad had happened, so, I knocked on the office door and no one answered, so I opened the door and stepped in to see if I could see anyone. They finally showed up after I assume someone in the back room called and told them we had been waiting. They waived the $100 incidental fee to check in and they offered to change our room to a non smoking because I accidentally booked it wrong. But we got a lecture about booking through a third party, and for trying to enter their office because they had their dog in there and “he could’ve been aggressive and hurt us” and I should’ve never ever gone in the office at all. I tried to explain that I was worried someone was hurt because no one showed up. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. The rooms had burnt out lights bulbs, and overall, it was a place to sleep, but I learned my lesson.

The view from the room was fantastic and the space was perfect. We really enjoyed our time at the pool. Very convenient to walk to local shops and restaurants and shuttle stop.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was as expected and the pool and hot tube were nice. Just a few places within walking distance but more restaurants just a couple exits into town.

I had a great stay. The breakfast was awesome and they always had coffee available. The rooms and facilities were clean. The pool was clean and well serviced. I would definitely stay here again.
