「Offbeat elegance with just a touch whimsy we throughly enjoyed the 21C. Room was spacious and comfortable and oh so quiet. We loved roaming the galleries and were entertained by the random Penguins. The restaurant was excellent and the staff in the bar and restaurant were stellar. The location was excellent as well. 」
