「Excellent service , sure will stay again 」

「nice」

「good facility」

「This is a great place to stay for tourists or business visits. Friendly staffs, good breakfast, cozy room, clean towels, what else will we expect for more? ;-) Only suggestion is the unstable WiFi connection in the corner room in the evening.」

「Centrally located in the city centre, very convenient. Breakfast is very good. The only thing was that the staff was not very friendly」

「Temp control didn't work properly and room was cold. They gave us a heater and then we never heard anything about maintenance coming to fix it. An electric (?) covering in the bathroom ceiling kept falling open. A false backing in the wardrobe hiding electrical equipment kept falling onto the shelving. The bathroom flooded around the toilet in the middle of the night (but only once).」

「One of the elevators was out of commission so it took wasn't convenient going up and down.」

「Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rating a 4 star because there is no elevator, nor a hair dryer in our room. They did offer to take all of our things upstairs for us before we finished checking in. Room was very clean and comfortable, precisely what we were seeking in our price range.」

「Quite comfortable. The whole environment is nice.」

「房間寛敞，早餐豐富。」

「Great spa facilities and restaurant. Easy uber ride into town. Breakfast was delicious on both days!! Highly recommend.」

「The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There...

「Very good on the whole. But, no air dryer at room.」

「We stayed for four nights, and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.」

「Clean and comfortable.」

「Very busy and crowded all the time.」
