Rude staff, not accommodating. Room service is awful. NOISY hotel. Next to the lift, so can hear it every ten seconds. They had drilling going on till 2am - the mirror in bathroom was shaking with the drilling. The cleaner knocked on the door at 8am when checkout is 12. Crappy sleep, old dated room. ...

Lovely room. Gave us an upgrade to 15th floor as it was my birthday . It really is the best time of year to visit. Room was huge and had everything you would need. All the staff were so friendly and smiling
