「Stayed here for NYE and the bar area and restaurant was closed to hotel guests as they had a function on, staff were rude to a point and just really unhelpful in anything we asked for, we just wanted a pre party drink in the bar after we checked in at 4pm but nope we couldn’t do that as they were too busy apparently even though there was plenty of spaces, the room for the money wasn’t that good, no tea or coffee making facilities unless you wanted a tiny espresso from the machine. 「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged.
