"Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. El servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear y la limpieza necesita mejorar.
Uno de los mayores problemas fue que frente al hotel había una alcantarilla desbordada con un olor insoportable durante toda la estadía, algo que afecta muchísimo la experiencia.
Además, no colocan agua de cortesía en la habitación, un detalle que hoy en día muchos hoteles ofrecen.
