「我是来这边做生意的，一开始还蛮不错，房子也满意但是第二次续订的时候，房东加了一倍的价格，没有其他选择，而且有一次门打不开，要住客自己花钱解决，这个不应该是房东负责么。务实的说，房子不错，只是房东人不咋地，周围好酒店很多，能不来还是别来了，整体感觉很不好，第三次我就去其他地方续住了」

「Comfortable stay, yet the administration should warn about significant construction taking place in surrounding streets due to park renovation. The safe was not ready for operation. The little washing /drying machine in the apartment was a bonus!」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and tidy, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The lady in charge of the rental was incredibly kind and even helped us check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. I can only say great things about this place! We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to rent it again when we return to Lima」

「Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone...
