Nice except one issue

The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants within walking distance. They will do a roundtrip transfer to the airport, but it costs $45USD which is actually quite expensive compared to several other hotels we stayed at. The hotel itself is quite nice (for South America), the rooms were nice and the hotel has a rooftop restaurant (serves breakfast only- which is included in the room). The room was clean, but we had an issue with our shower- the knobs didnt really control the temperature correctly and so it either was freezing or scalding hot and no in between. We called and had maintenance look at it but with the language barrier im not sure he understood, and the issue wasnt fixed. I had to jump in and quickly wash my body but then had to wash my hair in the sink because it was so hot. I dont know if all the rooms had this issue or just ours, but it happened both days we were there.

Great value in Miraflores

The staff are very helpful and the breakfast/restaurant space is wonderful with the open air and view of the surrounding area. The hotel itself could use a bit of an update, but overall a great value for an expensive area.

I put a “Do Not Disturb” sign at the doorknob outside my hotel room as I was so exhausted from my flight and needing sleep. The hotel staff kept calling me on the phone. When I did not answer the phone, they kept knocking and beating at the door trying to pass a message to me from my Tour Operator! Was very unhappy and disappointed with this hotel!

Buena opción para descansar y pasear en Miraflores

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, sus instalaciones son algo viejas pero limpias y funcionales. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y limpias. Algo que se agradece es poder abrir las ventanas para tener aire fresco, fue muy agradable escuchar las aves en las mañanas. El desayuno incluído no era muy variado pero estaba bien y podía uno servirse cuánto quisiera (frutas, jugo, cereal, huevo, pan, café, Té y algo mas).

Espaçoso e arejado, além de uma ótima localização

A localização é muito boa, pois fica há poucos minutos tanto do Shopping Larcomar quanto da orla de Lima. O quarto é limpo e confortável. Tivemos uma experiência negativa em relação ao vazamento do vaso sanitário que ficava fazendo um barulho contínuo. O café da manhã é bom e fresco, com uma variedade regular. Por fim, a equipe é prestativa e atenciosa, onde nos deram inclusive um lanche para viagem mesmo no dia em que tivemos que sair bem cedo do hotel para um passeio.

Es un excelente hotel, desde la llegada la atención fue excelente el sr que nos recibió y subió las maletas se le notaba su cordialidad le doy un 100. Al ingresar a la habitación ufff me sorprendió su decoración, la cama súper cómoda. El desayuno es increíble me tocó fresa, mango. 3 jugos de fruta naranja, piña y otro de fruta roja. Solo me decepcionó algo la última noche que nos retiramos eran las 3 am y entro una pareja y nos pudimos dar cuenta que el hotel lo usan como habitación de paso por qué no traían maletas y el aspecto daba mucho que desear. Es lamentable esa situación que vimos por qué la verdad es un gran hotel y cumple todo lo que una familia desearía hospedarse.
