"The location of this apartment is well appointed in Miraflores, which facilitates easy access to alot of tourist activities in Lima. The building also has a concierge desk so you don't feel lonely as you come and go. The unit itself is ok - clean, has amenities for a comfortable stay and the furnishing is tasteful. "They could not find our reservation, until after much arguing and presentation of physical evidence. Then they made us pay in advance for the full stay of 8 nights, being afraid we would like the hotel and walk away. We didn't and couldn't. The staff were very friendly and often had to go out of their way to make up for other deficiencies. It takes several minutes for the water to get hot. Toilet paper may not be thrown in the bowl, but in a wastepaper basket, which is not very hygienic....
