Second time staying here, as other motel was fully booked, and same value. No coffee creamers (front desk gave me some cream in container after I went down) or stir sticks; bathtub knob broken and pulled off; no toilet paper holder rod; only bedside lamps for room lighting (no other lights in room); remote didn’t work for tv… Cheapest motel in town and you get what you pay for.

Ok, I always want to be positive but I also want to be honest. The young man who checked me in was wonderful. The next day the man I asked for assistance was polite but I felt like I was an inconvenience. The bed was comfortable and made well but the floor had not been vacuumed and there was someone else's old Gatorade bottle by the sink. Toilet paper holder was missing. The hallway had garbage bags and smelled terrible. Potential to be a lovely spot as it is right on main street but needs attention to detail! AC worked.

NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER ( room 114) No front desk staff, no face cloths in room. Remote for tv/ only operates the channel box, turning tv on and off get up manually.Blind on window too small for window, so when sun was up, so was I. Hotel had lots of availability Sid gave me room right on Main St. So so loud! Any star review I see over 2.5 stars is totally a scam, this place is the worst I've ever stayed in ABSOLUTELY not worth it. Did I mention No hot water in shower, Luke warm at best...Expedia shame on you, what a disaster! June 2 2026

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at Hotel Victoria in Lillooet with a confirmed Expedia reservation, only to be told that our booking had been cancelled without any notice. No email, no phone call, nothing. We then spent over 90 minutes dealing with Expedia customer support while stranded during our trip, trying to find a solution. The hotel offered no real assistance or accountability for the situation. A confirmed reservation should actually mean something. Leaving travelers without accommodation after a long drive, especially with zero communication beforehand, is unacceptable. Would not trust booking here again.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Küche gebucht. Dafür wurden uns zusätzliche 20$ abverlangt. Als wir ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, das das Zimmer nicht mehr frei sei und wir stattdessen mit einem Zimmer ohne Küche vorlieb nehmen müssten. Die Differenz konnte nicht ausbezahlt werden, stattdessen wurde uns gesagt wir würden im angrenzenden Restaurant versorgt werden („taken care of“). Nach der Mahlzeit, welche ihren Preis nicht im mindesten wert war, wurden uns 10% der Rechnung erlassen. Beim bezahlen kam es hier zudem zu weiteren kleinen Unregelmäßigkeiten bei der Abbuchung. Insgesamt bleibt hier das Gefühl zurück einer Masche auf den Leim gegangen zu sein. Später im Zimmer, welches sich interessanterweise nicht abschließen lässt, funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Sowohl die Bar, als auch das Restaurant sind in keinem Falle einen Besuch wert. Das rustikale Hotel bietet sich für Personen an, welche keinen Wert darauf legen das zu bekommen, was sie gebucht haben und die allgemein keine besonderen Ansprüche an ihre Unterkunft stellen.

The staff are super friendly nothing is too much trouble for the guests. Its a 25 min walk to a fantastic little brewery. Its a great stop and the drive to whistler will blow your mind.

Stayed here for one night after a long day of travel, and it was a good place to rest. The room was comfortable enough and served its purpose for a short stay. However, the toilet seat definitely needs improvement, as it wasn’t the right size for the toilet, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a decent option for a quick stopover, but small details like this could make the experience better.
