I want to give this hotel a 5 star rating because the staff was so incredibly kind and the room was nice and clean. But it is not a hotel for one traveling with a baby. There is a lift, but I could barely fit my stroller into it, and the hallway is very small. Also, there are a few rooms where you need to climb only 3 stairs to get to, but again, that’s not easy with a stroller. Finally, the breakfast area is very clean and has fresh options, but there was not a high chair available. So in all, it is a great hotel for a single person or a couple, but if you have a little one, I’d chose a different place.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! Much bigger than I expected, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!

Great weekend stay

The room was very nice. Very modern bathroom and confortable bed. Bathtub was amazing. The only issue was that one pillowcase was dirty. The breakfast was lovely and front desk was very accommodating.

Lovely hotel in great location.

The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Lille. Walking distance to all the attractions etc. Hotel is quite small but clean and refurbished to a very high modern standard. Our family room was excellent, very clean with all the facilities you need. All staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good for the standard.

Location of property was fantastic for discovering Lille. However, our room has an unpleasant smell and the little flies in the breakfast room were off putting. Staff very friendly and rooms large provided more than enough space for family of 4. Parking wasn't the easiest to find but nice and secure.

Chic hotel in Lille

Comfy bed. Room is small but cozy and well design. Working AC, hot water kettle, chic decor, and beautiful view overlook the train station with a balcony. Window is well insulated I was able to sleep really well (not hearing the noises outside)

nice hotel, about 10min walk from Lille Europe Station, handy few bars and restaurants nearby. But beware that they do not have doors on the bathrooms which I think isn't good - we only stayed overnight twice. We are married but even so you still like privacy, even if the toilet was enclosed would help.

Brilliant family room right next to station

Brilliant family room with mezzanine floor. Steep stairs to mezzanine may not be suitable for younger children. Really clean with great air con. Opposite Lille Flanders train station in heart of the city.

This is a nice hotel. Our room was very clean but very tiny. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet was up against a wall so you had to sit sideways on it. We had a nice balcony above two sidewalk cafes. It was a bit loud with people laughing, but we didn’t mind.

The hotel was really really uncomfortable.. the elevator is terrible you cannot fit more than a small bag in there. I travelled with my baby and I was blaming the moment I book this hotel. I could not fit the buggy The corridors to get to the room were so narrow that you couldn't even walk. I booked for 3 nights and we only stayed 1. Def not for family. But staff was really nice and friendly

I think this a great hotel for the younger generations. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The noise level wasn’t bad. If I were much younger and on a tighter budget I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is a shopping mall across the street. It’s very walkable. I found a park close by that was beautiful with trails into more wooded areas. It was great for my dogs. For me, as an older adult, I would stay somewhere else. That opinion is mine.

Great location and air conditioning.

The location of this hotel is very good being right across the street from the train station in Lille. The main reason we booked this hotel versus others is it has air conditioning, which worked to keep our room quite comfortable. The staff was helpful (and they spoke English, which we appreciated). The room (a deluxe room) was rather small, but if worked ok for our 2 night stay. The bathroom has the shower in the same space as the sink, but it didn't get the sink area wet, so in the end, it worked. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but having 2 twin beds pushed together left a gap in the middle that was annoying.
