En faisant la réservation le petit déjeuner était inclus avec la wifi. Ce ne fut pas le cas . Il A fallu payer le petit déjeuner à la réception Un peu déçue j’espère avoir un dédommagement . Merci

Uniquement pour la chambre

La chambre et la salle de bains ont été rénovées et en très bon état. Toutefois, presque pas de papier toilette, plus de savon dans la douche, serviettes à récupérer à l'accueil. La présentation extérieure est lamentable ! Malgré tout le personnel est très aimable.

Un hôtel moyen, une chambre prope mais insonorisée, ou ont entends son voisin toussé, mais surtout le trafic routier, j'ai été réveillé à 4 H20. :( ,de plus en vérifiant mon identité, il conserve mon numéro de permis, je n'apprécie pas sachant le trafic sur le web.. De plus une poubelle sur le couloir extérieur mis a la disposition qui déborde ! Un personnel qui fait son boulot sans plus .

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 16h le jeudi 05/09/24, après 600km de route, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver l'hôtel fermé alors que la chambre devait être disponible à partir de 15h. Impossible de joindre quelqu'un de l'hôtel : mobile sans réponse et Hôtel.com !!!! Après presque 2h d'attente dans la voiture, nous avons pu récupérer la clé de la chambre et là nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de trouver une chambre très rudimentaire et une salle de bain très sale. Nous avons dù nettoyer nous-mêmes la salle de bain avec des produits fournis par l'accueil !!! Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas ses 3 étoiles, une étoile me semble plus près des prestations fournies. La fermeture était causée par la décision de la gérante suite à un problème d'effectifs !!!! Cette dernière nous a expliqué qu'elle n'avait pas pu nous prévenir car Hôtel.com ne lui fournit pas nos coordonnées. Je trouve cela inadmissible et je trouverai normal d'obtenir un geste commercial fort de la part d'Hôtel.com pour tous ces désagréments. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.

Accueil de grande qualité dans un établissement très bien tenu. Les échanges avec l'ensemble de l'équipe de sont révélés particulièrement cordiaux et agréables avec une belle qualité d'écoute. Parfait en tous points pour ce qui nous concerne.

Excellent pour une nuit étape.

Hôtel situé dans une zone d'activité très calme la nuit. L'environnement exterieur à la ville est agréable. L'orientation zéro déchets est efficace et non contraignante. Félicitations.

Otroligt snäll kvinna i receptionen som faktiskt talade en hel del enegelska. Snabb och tydlig. Helt okej rum, rent och fint. Allt funkade som det skulle. Sedan på morgonen mindes hon oss med namn och rumsnummer och hade dukat upp ett bord till oss. Helt ok frukost. Hade en bra upplevelse här.

Il n'y a pas de wifi pour travailler a l'hôtel c'est un gros problème. Pas signiler n'y a l'arrivée n'y sur leur site. Le restaurant je deconseille produit surgelé.

des améliorations a prévoir

porte d'entrée jour énorme en bas de celle ci. j'arrive 13°dans la chambre fenêtre ouverte. toilettes qui fuit, un remplissage de la cuvette toute le deux minutes. je le signale et on me répond "nous sommes au courant mais il faut bloquer une chambre pour le travaux". hôtel situer a cote de la voie rapide et très mauvaise insonorisation. petit déjeuner "place attitrée". sinon un point positif personnel serviable et très bon accueil.
