"This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). "I had a fantastic stay at Baobab Beach Resort & Spa. The location on Diani Beach is stunning, with white sand and clear water. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the all-inclusive food and drinks were excellent. The pools were clean, the rooms comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach holiday in Kenya."
