「The price point is not justified given the limited amenities, the level of service, and the hidden fees. For a lower price point, this hotel would be justifiable. For about $600 a night, the bar is higher than this property can measure up to. The room is clean and updated. However, there is no glassware, no utensils...just plastic cups. I called room service to ask for proper wine glasses to enjoy a drink in, and they said they don't have any. Absurd. Even lower caliber hotels supply...

「We rented a fully equipped condo unit. Immaculate. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and liked that the pool is heated. Felt price was reasonable for what you get.」

「I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff.」

「Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property.
