「Super Service habe ich lange nicht mehr gehabt und ich bin 57 Jahre und bin schon rum gekommen .Top Habe verlängert und mein Gepäck wurde dann auch weil ich nachgebucht habe anstatt 2 Personen 1 Person vom Personal auf mein neues Zimmer gebracht. 「Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. 「this is my first time the hotel didnt change the tower and shampoo when i stay in the hotel 3-4 days . when i ask the room service then i got the reply ... you are the first customer to ask this request ?! unbelievable , you only get everything when first time check in . if you stay 2 days up . nothing you can get ! crazy ! 」

「The hotel is nice which is close to the train station and shopping mall. In addition, there are many nice restaurants around it too. I really enjoy my stay there. But the breakfast was a bit over price which I wouldn't have it again.」
