「Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Easy to find, car parking on sight and checked in with the friendly and obliging gentleman on reception even though the room wasn't quite ready. Came back to night manager who was frindly and chatty and helped us to a night cap for the room. Room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable beds although we found the room quite hot. 「Another good stay. Well organised, clean and good food at reasonable prices. Only downside was that, on one of the hottest nights of the year so far, the aircon wasn’t enabled and so a hot, sticky night ensued. But a nice place to stay and Lichfield itself is a good place to visit. 」

「The Woden is always a " go to ' place for us guaranteed a comfortable stay. The rooms are impeccably clean. The room had great facilities. Towels shower gels tea & coffee even water in bottles. Plates cutlery and a fridge. Everything and more. The beds are so comfortable and the place is so quiet. 」

「The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 」

「Very welcoming place Freindly staff」

「Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal. 」
