「The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. 「高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。」

「Ga je op citytrip naar Praag, is dit een tof hotel! Het ligt heel centraal, bij de Charles Bridge, aan de overkant van Okd town. Je loopt hier eenvoudig naar toe, maar het is savonds lekker rustig. We hadden een kamer met river view… met uitzicht op de brug. Lekker ruim, heel school, douche is goed. En zo ook het ontbijt. Helemaal top. 」

When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it....
