Staff amazing and friendly. Room is good with lovely view.
Only bad thing is people pushing in line on the vans to get between gate and room. And security not enforcing the que.
And that the hot tub which should be relaxing and for adults was overrun with kids splashing around and using inflatables. Whilst the kid pool was empty. And the lifegaurds dont enforce this either.
