「Staff are great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good but weird I have to ask for drinks. Not an issue though. Can't really think of any complaints since they also have Netflix. 😂 Just a lovely and comfortable place to stay and a feeling of safety specially since there was a typhoon warning when we checked in and they locked down the building in anticipation. 「The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.」

「Nice location to shop. Walking distance to SM mall, easy to get a ride to Robinsons. Metro Bank next door for ATM needs. Set breakfast was nice. Rooms are a little small but clean. However we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Staff was courteous and friendly.」
