If you’re looking for a wonderful stay in Leysin, this is your spot! Carole was amazing - so chaleureuse and Pedro was too! I loved the room and the bar/breakfast was delightful with an alpine view!

great "basecamp" for your alpine adventures

the staff was very friendly and the breakfast offered great choices. my room had a nice view. parking was free, room rate was very reasonable. what else can i ask for? 5 star. i enjoyed it a lot. many thanks (it is true that the rooms and corridors will need some renovation at some point, but currently at this price point it would very unfair to criticize that. you get what you pay for. and even more, if you have any idea of swiss prices, you will apreciate this place a lot)

We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

Luft nach Oben

An der Reception wurden wir Freundlich begrüsst. Die Räumlichkeiten waren OK. Leider fehlte in unserem Zimmer ein Set Frotteetücher, wir haben an der Reception nach gefragt. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie es umgehend in Ordnung bringen. Als wir vom Ausgang zurück kamen war nichts erledigt. 😒 Nun Gut die Dusche sprich dass Wasser, wechselte von Kalt bis sehr heiss hin und her. Es war nicht möglich gut zu Regulieren damit dass Duschen ohne Angst vor Verbrennung möglich gewesen wäre. Ich denke es wäre an der Zeit die Mischer auf den Stand zu bringen. Am Morgen war eine sehr Nette Dame an der Haus-Bar, die uns mit einem Café die Wartezeit zum bevorstehen Frühstück verkürzte. Danke dafür 🌹👍! Alles in allem OK jedoch mit Luft nach oben.

Bon séjour à Leysin

Très belle accueil, la chambre est spacieuse avec deux lits simples. Un peu mou pour moi mais sinon parfait. Dommage que dans la douche il n'y a pas de produits douche. Le support est accroché à côté du lavabo et rien dans la douche.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Einige Teile des Hotels sind zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ein Highlight war das umfangreiche Frühstück mit lokalem Käse!!!

Es fehlt an Servicepersonal! Es waren ca 30 Kinder im Esssaal welche umherirrten alles anfassen, Sachen zu Boden fallen liessen. Ein Buffet am Abend für Kinder im Alter von ca 10 bis 12 Jahre ist nicht angebracht. Es war sehr unruhig. Dasselbe beim Frühstück. Der Tisch war nicht korrekt gedeckt gewesen. Das Tuch aus hygienischem Grund um das Brot war sehr schmutzig, mir ekelte dies an. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war ok. Wobei ich nicht gerne Spannteppich habe im Zimmer. Super Aussicht, Zimmer mit Bslkon aber der Balkonboden ist kaputt, muss renoviert werden. Keine Stühle auf dem Balkon.

Amazing views!

Excellent service! I had no idea that meals where included in the stay, a nice bonus! Buffett had a good assortment of options. The rooms are a dated and mattresses a little uncomfortable but you can’t beat the value and views!

Chalet feel in a modern building

We stayed in a 5 bed-room, it looked exactly like in the photo. It was cosy but lots of shelving space in the room and the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was a fair basic spread...no fresh fruit, no croissants or scrambled eggs.
