There was a heavy presence of both cigarette smoke and marijuana in the hallways of the first and second floor floors during both days of our day, even though every room is noted to be non-smoking. The carpet in our room had bubblegum embedded in the carpet. There were cigarette holes burned into the chair in the room. The sheet had a hole in it. The cover for the wall mounted heating and cooling unit fell off the wall, luckily no one was hurt. There were loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom. I will do everything in my power to never stay at this hotel again.

It was a nice place but literally roaches every where and couldn’t get a refund. I have pictures of the roaches coming out of the air conditioner, bathroom, walls even across the head board. Kept all my clothes in the truck

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this hotel. I booked my room ahead of time through Expedia. When I arrived, the woman working the front desk demanded a $50 deposit. Because this fee was never disclosed anywhere on Expedia, I politely asked why it wasn't listed online. Instead of explaining the policy, the front desk worker became completely irate, started cussing at me, and threw a massive tantrum. To make matters worse, she threatened to call the police just for asking a basic question and deliberately canceled my hotel reservation on the spot. Even though she refused to give us a room, threatened us with law enforcement, and forced us to leave, the hotel still charged my card for the stay and is actively refusing to issue a refund. I later contacted the manager to get this resolved, but the manager was just as rude, hostile, and flat-out refused to help. This is not just terrible customer service—it is theft, abuse, and harassment. Do not stay here. They will curse at you, threaten you, cancel your booking, and steal your money.

The staff was very rude. The whole floor I was on smelled like marijuana and when I said something she blew it off saying it was a normal thing. Wouldn't refund my money because they said it was non refundable. So I had no choice but to stay.

They didn’t even let me check in because the person at the front desk wanted even mode money after I had already paid online and even received the receipt she wouldn’t let me check in!!! That’s why give it 1 star. And I wasn’t notified when booking that I had to pay more money once got there.
