This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. First we arrived to no toiletries and the front desk staff told us to talk to the housekeeper in the hall, who offered us a half used bottle of shampoo another guest left! There was hair in the sheets and the shower. The shower backed up. My daughter used the bathroom and flushed and we came back to our room with the bathroom flooded! There were no pool towels. Dog bowls out in the hallway and we think there were homeless people living in the hotel. (Is that why there were no toiletries or towels??) The hot tub was lukewarm and green. None of the outside doors locked. HUGE disappointment but thankful we only had 1 night there! Do NOT stay here!!!!

Dirty towels laying in hallway. Our room was wide open when we got there. NO SOAP- went to front desk and they were out of soap. No toiletries-shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. The only linens were two bath towels-no hand or face cloths-had to ask for them. Coffee maker in room but no cups. Bed linens were minimal-white sheet on top of blanket-no spread. Breakfast was a joke. 1 mandarin orange 2 packs oatmeal White and brown bread but no butter or marg. Had a waffle maker but again no butter and syrup was almost impossible to get out. No water. Orange juice was like tang - apple juice had no taste. Coffee was not great. HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE BREAKFAST. Not enough food for 2 people let alone a motel full. Staff must be taking the food home-that is if there was any to begin with. Stay away from anything WYNDHAM. This is our second bad stay-one Super 8 and now Baymont.

To start, short staffed. The night time manager tried . Mold in the corner of the bathtub where the tile meets the tub and there was a hair in it. We had to flush several times for it to work. There was no soap or shampoo and only one large towel and one wash cloth. We reserved 2 queens and first floor and we got neither. Breakfast was very minimal. Ran out of syrup and no butter for the waffles or toast.

Exterior parking lot is not well kept. Hallways need a deep clean. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast won't work for anyone with dietary restrictions, but several restaurants nearby.

The building was missing the lit up signage, the lobby felt like an old apt building. The hallways and room smelled like smoke, the room had chunks missing out of the wall, the drain was clogged. The room felt very old and bare bones. Was not worth it. In fact, it seemed like it was a place for long term renters that are struggling with housing. Horrible!

Black mold coming out the ceilings, halls and rooms smelled like smoke, no soap in the bathrooms, while we were in the pool they came with all the cleaning supplies talking about how gross and dirty the pool was because they havent been cleaning it.

1st room the tv didn't work. Moved to another room & the shower curtain rod was broke so curtain wouldn't close. No blow dryer, but housekeeping brought one to room. Staff were helpful. Room was clean & comfortable, possibly renovated recently. The basics. But the outside of property needs a major cleaning & update. Trash around property & carpet on stairs need cleaning. Located off highway, but hotel sign was small & hard to find. Won't be staying here again.

We traveled with a small dog and were put in the back of the hotel where many people were hanging out around the entrance. There was an overflow of cigarette butts and garbage piled up on the sidewalk. We did not feel safe there. Breakfast was a waffle or toast with no butter available. They did have a few yogurts and cold cereal as well. We only got one washcloth for the two of us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

Pool was out, under construction and no warning on websites, cigarette smoke all over the in the hallways. I walked down and asked for more towels and blankets and they never brought them. Breakfast was empty at 6:30am and all it was was cereal, oatmeal, toast, and waffles, all carbs, no protein. Waffle mix was out, there were 4 pieces of white bread. No vent in the bathroom, so there was mold on the shower curtain and in the corners and the ceiling was pealing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly.
