「No maid service for two of our four days. Had to request Kleenex as none present on arrival. "Accessible" room not truly accessible as has tub shower, not walk or roll in. Room has narrow constriction not conducive to walker or wheelchair. 」

「The property itself was decent and generally comfortable. However, during my entire 48‑hour stay, I never encountered a single staff member, which felt unusual and a bit inconvenient. I wouldn’t say I’d avoid staying here in the future, but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to choose this hotel again. 」
