"It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night."

"Outstanding service!! I stay at north of 50 hotels a year and this was the best customer service I’ve had in years! The operations manager, the wonderful front desk personnel, the gentleman who assisted with our TV casting issues. Everyone was wonderful. We were switched rooms 3 times to end up with the largest room on the very top floor on the corner of the building with spectacular views looking west. Great experience, even down to the midnight snack trip to the convenience closet with excellent prices."
