"The staff was very helpful. The hotel is location on the bus route and the tram is just a 1-2 minutes walk- 15 minutes to Venice City Center. The hotel can definitely use improvements and improved amenities. The hotel Need to ensure to create DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. I didn't like the idea of the receptionist collecting your key on departure. Oh this hotel does not offer room service or have a restaurant.. no pool"

"The real Italian experience for you & your family! The property is perfect for traveling to the airport & into Venice! Additionally, you are staying at a wonderful place with such charm & excellent service, food, and our room in the Hare House was super nice! We would come back 100%! If you stay there, you must get the breakfast! Use the staff advice and eat also at the property’s food truck & visit the farm animals in the back! The restaurant down the road about a 10 minute walk was also...

"Very nice overnight stay with a great restaurant attached. We just stayed for 1 night to be close to airport. There is a shuttle (not free) that will take you directly to the airport."

"The hotel was very clean with easy instructions for travelers. The bathroom was very large with convenient toiletries in the shower. The room was a great size for three people. The location was perfect for easy access to the airport. Plenty of parking for guest. There was a great area for sitting as well as a play area for children."
