"Prefect hotel to stay! Is close to the stations especially we had a heavy snow period and easy to reach with luggage even we come from the station it just opposite!! Staff really friendly and nice ! Also with Sauna room is bonus!! The balcony is also enhancing the stays! Good view!! The only con is if someone neighbors talk in balcony is loud to hear unfortunately But overall we love it"

"Very clean facilities, very friendly staff, late arrival for check in was no problem, luggage storage was very convenient. The location was immediately opposite to the train station and exceptionally quiet. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend for solo female travellers."

"The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. " Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We arrived late due to a delayed plane. They were so nice to work with and left a key for us. Short train or shuttle ride to Zermatt. "
