「The room and common areas were clean. Staff were friendly enough. The bed was not comfortable, it was very hard and the pillows were not great. What I really didn't like was that we were told we had to purchase a swim cap, or we could not use the pool. I did not find this rule on their website or on Expedia. I have never stayed in any hotel with this policy. I think they made this up to deter people from using the pool, to lessen their pool maintenance.」

We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent, great choice and fast service. The breakfast was 5 star food and service. Highly recommend this hotel we will be back.」

「Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel」
