「Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere. 「Comfortable and clean in a convenient location」

「The property was amazing. It has been restored to all its grandeur from the 17th century. The facilities have been beautifully upgraded. The beds and pillows are heavenly. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a special Mexican tasting menu during g our stay which was better than anything I’ve had in Mexico. Thank you chef Martin and staff. The morning brunch was very good. What a wonderful place and fantastic staff. We had a great stay. Thank you」
